Flexy-Bo will seal the substrate, preventing water loss and any resulting shrinkage in the underlayment or overlayment. It will greatly improve the bond and flexural strengths of the under or overlayment, which will increase long-term durability. It can also be used in various concentrations as a water replacement for increased strength in cementitious mixes. 5-gallon concentrate provides up to 3000 sq ft surface priming.
