FW-MP Fried Egg Plate, for Toaster Oven, Fluorine W Coat, Made in Japan, Dual Plus

This is a handy way to make an egg and cheese bagel in your toaster oven. At first I got it and I was expecting metal, but it’s some type of hybrid surface that doesn’t get scorching hot, but retains it’s shape.I now put my bagel in the toaster along with this and while I’m toasting my bagel I’m also cooking the egg. I just do a little spray of Pam and then crack the egg in and mix the egg white and yolk (cooks more even this way). Then the bagel is done toasting and I take this out and just slide the egg off onto the bagel and top with cheese. Easy!
