Cangshan N1 Series German Steel Forged Nakiri Vegetable Cleaver, 7″ Blade, Silver

I have several different Cangshan N1 Knives and absolutely LOVE every one of them. The blade is Amazingly Sharp (and holds the sharpness for a long time…..(I cook everyday with these knives). The balance is incredible, and I actually like the feel of the handle. I have read that a few don’t care for the feel. This Cleaver is extremely well made, heavy duty and one of the things I love about the N1 Series is that they are all 1 Piece (NO riveted handles to break or chip). Whenever I have friends over and they see and feel the knives, they immediately want to know where I purchased them as they were very interested in them. I know that this piece and the others will be with me for a very long time. I love to cook and I know I don’t have to look any further for a great knife or cleaver!
